Hatha Flow – Arm Balancing & Inversions

Somewhat challenging flow includes arm balancing and Inversions. If those are part of your practice, enjoy. If you are just dabbling in inversions or arm balancing, feel free to substitute those with alternative - perhaps strengthening arms and shoulders or some core poses to build your base. If you do not have headstand practice established, leave the headstand aside, and practice dolphins. There will be soon a video available on steps toward a headstand. Until then, there are many options to practice available.
