Shoulders – Strategies and Routines to fix and or maintain mobile and stronger shoulders

When working with shoulders, we need both - mobility and strength. To push them to get stronger - they have to be mobile and pain free. To have them pain free, we need to push them a little - stretch, press and load. Going back and forth, adding at each end, giving space between the two to re-group is a great way to create the shoulders you want.
