This class focusses on trunk and shoulders mobility. While keeping the structures safe and comfortable - will pull, hold, repeat.

Have following tools ready:

  • chair
  • belt
  • blocks
  • foam roller or alpha ball
  • small kettlebell of sandbag or even grocery bag with few cans in it 🙂
  • dowel
