Sunday, November 15, 2020: To create a useful toolbox to develop or maintain Flexible, Strong Shoulders and keep them Free of Pain as well as give the neck more space to “breathe”.

Gentle approach to opening the trunk, making space for the shoulder blades to move, improving container for deeper and more relaxed breathing.

Lots of hip work with specific movements to give the hips what they need.
